SALAD: Mixed Greens Garden Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
ENTRÉES – Choose one of the following:
- Pork Prime Rib – Roasted on the bone with candied apples, pear brandy, maple cream.
- Almond Crusted Cod – Fresh cod filet, crusted in toasted almonds and finished with lemon beurre blanc.
- Butternut Squash Ravioli – Tossed with basil cream and finished with blistered tomatoes and goat cheese curds.
DESSERT: Chocolate Mousse Topped with Sweet Cream
All meals are served with a mixed greens salad, chef’s choice of seasonal accompaniments, house-made bread, water, coffee and hot tea. The cost is $39 per person. No extra fees. Price includes the 20% service charge and 5.5% sales tax. Wine and beer, etc. available from the cash bar.
Our Program: Joining us to discuss their reactions to preparing and singing this particular opera, and related topics, will be Rachel Love (Fiordiligi) and Julia Urbank (Dorabella) cast members for the Sunday performance of Così fan tutte.
Così fan tutte: 7:30 pm performance, Music Hall.
